This exercise program is aimed for seniors who want to build on their strength and endurance. A mix of interval training and circuit training that will keep your heart rate up and muscles engaged! The class is led by Nikki Courtney, an Exercise Physiologist from the VNA of Cape Cod. Participants must be able to tolerate 60minutes of seated and standing exercise and ambulate independently. Recommended for generally healthy older adults, though modifications can be made on an individual basis. Advanced registration is required. To do so, you MUST CALLTHE VNA DIRECTLY at 508-957-7423.

Join Mah Jongg instructor Anne M. Walther for this advanced class, which will hone the skills learned and challenge players to become more defensive in playing the game. Hip Hop Dance Chair exercise! Wednesday, July16, 1:30 – 2:30 Free Join Rondae Drafts, Ph.D. abd, and Executive Director of MusicDance for a 1 hour chair dance class. Travel through time on the “soul Train” using clean-cut hip hop and rhythm and blues songs. Creative props, drums and African maracas will be utilized during the class to make this journey of dance come to life. Don’t miss this fun class!
